In his first book, The Story of the Malakand Field Force, an Episode of Frontier War, Winston Churchill wrote: “Indeed it is evident that Christianity, however degraded and distorted by cruelty and intolerance, must always exert a modifying influence on men’s passions, and protect them from the more violent forms of fanatical fever, as we are protected from smallpox by vaccination. But the Mahommedan religion increases, instead of lessening, the fury of intolerance. It was originally propagated by the sword, and ever since, its votaries have been subject, above the people of all other creeds, to this form of madness.”
It is not only wrong; it is insulting and dangerous to ignore the reality of Islam. This is not a religion, but rather an ideological, social, and political imperiousness; a totalitarian control which authoritatively prescribes all personal behavior.
If there ever was justification for shrinking the size of the federal government and firing the millions of absolutely useless and incompetent government employees, and their similarly useless supervisors, the attack in Orlando is it. Don’t misunderstand me (although that’s pretty easy to do); I’m not blaming the FBI or any intelligence/law enforcement agency; I’m blaming obesity in Washington. The FBI and other law enforcement and intelligence officials have continuously stated that they do not have enough money or agents necessary to monitor all those individuals which they consider possible threats to our internal security. WE NEED MORE RESOURCES, MORE RESOURCES, MORE RESOURCES, MORE, MORE, AND MORE. Well, how about we cut the fat in Washington and across the country in every government agency. Let’s eliminate all those redundant, useless and overfunded departments in every agency, and demand that our government focus its’ attention and resources where our Constitution demands: The fourteenth amendment states, “The first duty of the Government is to afford protection to its citizens.” DO YOU HEAR US WASHINGTON, DC?
This administration has demonstrated by its’ lawless actions that it has more concern for the well-being of criminals destroying our country (both legal citizens and illegal immigrants/refugees) than it has for the decent hard working, law abiding, and patriotic Americans struggling to survive and maintain their sanity in this upside down society. A government official at CDC warned employees deploying for the influx of illegal immigrants about health and safety risks because the new arrivals would have tuberculosis and some were young adults – not children. But it isn’t just the threat of disease that we have to worry about.
In 2015, ICE released 19,723 criminal illegal immigrants, including 208 convicted of murder, and 900 convicted of sex crimes. The impact on public safety of these releases has been profound. So far, 124 criminal aliens released by ICE have subsequently been charged with homicide. One victim was Grant Ronnebeck, a 21-year-old man who was killed while working at a convenience store in Mesa, Ariz. Ronnebeck’s killer was an illegal alien who was released by ICE in 2013 after conviction for a burglary and kidnapping involving drug dealing.
When ICE releases criminal aliens instead of deporting them, the chances are high that the aliens will re-offend. According to the Bureau of Justice Statistics, approximately 71 percent of violent offenders, 77 percent of drug offenders, and 82 percent of property offenders will be arrested for a new crime within five years of release from jail or prison. Drunk drivers are especially prone to offend repeatedly. According to an FBI statistic cited by Mothers Against Drunk Driving, the average drunk driver has driven drunk 80 times before ever being arrested.
For the first time, ICE has provided information on the reasons for the criminal alien releases. In 2015, more than half the releases occurred due to immigration judges’ decisions. In many cases, ICE shares responsibility for these decisions, depending on how vigorously the ICE attorneys argue for detention. Where it gets more disturbing is that as Judicial Watch reported several days ago, in a post titled, “DHS Quietly Moving, Releasing Vanloads Of Illegal Aliens Away From Border“, border patrol sources said that the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) was quietly transporting illegal immigrants from the Mexican border to Phoenix and releasing them without proper processing or issuing court appearance documents. As a reminder, the government classifies them as Other Than Mexican (OTM) and this week around 35 were transferred 116 miles north from Tucson to a Phoenix bus station where they went their separate way.
In a surprising discovery, the Palm Beach Post first reported that according to state records, Orlando shooter Omar Mateen – who as has been reported, was licensed as a security guard and also holds a firearms license – was employed by the US subsidiary of G4S plc, a British multinational security services company, whose US-headquarters are located in Jupiter, Fl, and which also happens to be the world’s largest security company by revenue. Shortly thereafter, G4S confirmed that Omar Mateen has worked for the company since 2007. This is the statement released from G4S: “We are shocked and saddened by the tragic event that occurred at the Orlando nightclub. We can confirm that Omar Mateen had been employed with G4S since September 10, 2007. We are cooperating fully with all law enforcement authorities, including the FBI, as they conduct their investigation. Our thoughts and prayers are with all of the friends, families and people affected by this unspeakable tragedy.” (Read full story)
Senate hearings on why ICE and DHS release thousands of illegal immigrant murderers and rapists into our cities.
What ICE and DHS would rather you didn’t know is that they have awarded G4S a government contract worth more than $234 million. The contract states that one of the “performance requirements” is helping identify “suspected terrorists” trying to enter the U.S. “From our superior recruiting, training and education to our background checks and screening, our manned security will exceed your expectations,” the contractor assures federal clients. G4S uses fortified buses to transport “hundreds of thousands of illegal immigrants” from city to city and from cities to the U.S.-Mexican border. But earlier this month, Judicial Watch revealed G4S has been quietly moving and releasing van loads of illegal aliens away from the border to interior American cities. G4S, which was the first contract security company to received designation and certification by DHS, also helps the federal government with emergency security responses to “terror threats.” (Read full article)
Suggestion: Instead of providing limousine service for illegal immigrants (paid for with our tax dollars), why don’t we use that money to add more resources to the agencies which are actually trying to protect us!
